Themed Entertainment Design

Themed entertainment design is the art and science of creating immersive experiences that transport audiences into a specific theme or narrative. This discipline combines elements of architecture, storytelling, and visual design to craft environments that engage visitors emotionally and physically. From theme parks to museums and immersive attractions, themed entertainment design focuses on creating cohesive worlds that captivate and entertain. Ultimately, it aims to leave a lasting impression by blending creativity with innovative design.

The Gully Washer

The Gully Washer is a park original ride for Six Flags Fiesta Texas, meaning it has been in operation since 1992. In 2023, it was time to update the signage, which meant there was an opportunity to create a whole new look for the ride. For this project, I did Creative Direction, Art Direction, and Logo Design to create a brand new visual ride experience that debuted in 2024.

DC™ Universe

In 2025, Six Flags Fiesta Texas will be welcoming the largest DC™ Universe at any theme park in the United States. As part of this, I designed new signage to be used in the queue lines, larger posters to provide updates for temporary closures, and designs for promotional items.

Rollercoaster Rodeo 2024

Every summer for the past 5 years, Fiesta Texas has hosted a fan event called "Rollercoaster Rodeo", where coaster enthusiasts get special behind the scenes access and exclusive ride time around the park. For the 2024 event, I did Art Direction and produced a set of three posters that were given to attendees. The three posters create one larger image when aligned.

Fright Fest 2024

I created digital graphics for the first reveal of new Fright Fest shows that appeared on screen during the live-streamed FT92 Fan Event.
